Your Enrollment Journey
Beginning your homeschool journey in Florida is simple, and we're here to help every step of the way. At Charlotte Rose Home Learning Tutoring, we partner with homeschool families by providing Charlotte Mason-inspired tutoring and educational support. Before your child begins our program, Florida requires parents or legal guardians to establish their own Home Education Program.
This page will walk you through that process.

Establish Your Home Education Program
If your child is required to be enrolled in a Florida Home Education Program, the parent or legal guardian must complete a Notice of Intent through their county school district.

On this page, select the Notice of Intent form and complete all requested information. Once the district receives your Notice of Intent, they will enroll your child in the Home Education Program.

Complete One Form for Each Child
Florida requires each child enrolled in a Home Education Program to have their own Notice of Intent form.
If you are homeschooling multiple children, please complete a separate form for each child.

After completing your Notice of Intent, please print:

Keeping copies helps ensure everyone has accurate enrollment documentation.
Print Two Copies

Submit your completed Notice of Intent according to the instructions provided by Palm Beach County Schools.
Once submitted, your child will officially be enrolled in your family's Home Education Program.

Complete the formal enrollment documentation and secure your child's spot in Charlotte Rose Home Learning Tutoring program.
Option A: Print the packet, complete it by hand, and return it to us.

Parents or legal guardians remain responsible for establishing and maintaining their child's Home Education Program in accordance with Florida law, including any recordkeeping and evaluation requirements. Charlotte Rose partners with families by providing a complete homeschool curriculum, tutoring, guidance, enrichment, and a nurturing learning environment.
